Wastewater Collection Operations Manager

Join Team Salisbury as a Wastewater Collection Operations Manager. Salisbury-Rowan Utilities is seeking motivated candidates who will be responsible for all aspects of managing the daily operations of the wastewater collection system, including mains, manholes, service connections, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, construction and rehabilitation. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of a municipal wastewater collection system.

Minimum Requirements:
• Seven (7) years of supervisory experience in wastewater utilities
• Possession of a Collections 4 certification or the ability to obtain within 12 months
• Possession of North Carolina driver’s license
• Preference for graduates from an accredited college or university with a degree in a related field.

Closing Date: March 27, 2025
Hiring Range: $66,159.79 - $94,608.50 (Depending on Experience)
$2,000 sign-on bonus to be paid as a lump sum after successful completion of probationary period.
