Irrigation Operator

Seeking a reliable and experienced Irrigation Operator to support our hay harvesting and field operations on irrigated farmland.  The role involves operating tractors and maintaining surface and pivot irrigation systems, along with performing other general farm duties. Candidates must have prior experience in farm operations, be mechanically inclined and capable of working independently in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Valid U.S Driver’s License.
• Previous experience in a similar role: irrigation operator, farm laborer, farm equipment operator, or agricultural worker.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) is preferred.
• Experience in plowing, planting, harvesting (combining), fertilizing, and recordkeeping.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
