Water Dept Manager

Manage the operations of existing water districts as well as any in the planning stages.  Will perform administrative, supervisory and technical work in coordinatin and directing the delivery of water services to customers.  Responsible for making decisions on difficult engineering and managerial problems and for the formulation of long-range plans and programs.   Manages the preparation of an annual budget for the department and administers the expenditure of allotted funds, prepares reports for the county manager.
