candidates to supervise the team responsible for the repair, replacement and rehabilitation of nearly 5,000 valves and over 3,000 hydrants throughout our water service area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising, planning and coordinating the work of assigned staff.
• Investigating and resolving problems with valves and hydrants
• Training new employees on proper work procedures.
• Position will require working on an on-call rotation.

Minimum Requirements:
• Graduation from high school and considerable experience in the operation and maintenance of water
distribution systems, or related utility field experience, including technology experience and ability to work
with figures and data; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possession of a Distribution A certification, or ability to obtain.
• Valid NC driver’s license
