Pretreatment Coordinator

The Pretreatment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Town of Biscoe’s Industrial Pretreatment Program, which includes one Significant Industrial User (SIU) and one Categorical Industrial User (CIU). Responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local wastewater pretreatment regulations, conducting inspections and sampling, reviewing discharge monitoring reports, maintaining program records, and coordinating enforcement actions as needed to protect the town’s wastewater collection system and treatment facility.
